Only steps from South Village Beach and Swan River, our place is a quintessential Cape Cod beach cottage - light, open, and airy, with sea breezes and peeks of the ocean. Recently renovated with modern amenities and an open floor plan, both indoor and outdoor living areas bring everyone together comfortably. With its convenient West Dennis location, our cottage is close to a number of shopping, dining, and nightlife options. We look forward to hosting couples, solo travelers, and families who are looking for an enjoyable experience on the Cape.

The house is very casual and comfortable. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan with three walls of windows and plenty of seating. A sliding door from the kitchen leads to a spacious deck with table and seating all around, as well as outdoor shower, grill, and large grass lawn.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are off of the main living area, giving privacy when needed. The renovated primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private half bath & a slider that allows direct access to the deck and outside shower, creating an ensuite. Additional bedrooms provide two twin beds, and a twin and queen bed.
