This near new luxury two storey beach front home is only 70 metres direct access to the beach, has fantastic Geograph Bay views plus is just a short stroll into town, Busselton Jetty plus many local restaurants and activities....

With the Margaret River Wine Region at your doorstep plus many other fantastic beaches and local attractions, this home is great for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers or the business traveler.

The home is also just a few minutes walk to Busselton Regional Hospital

Activities available include Beach, Kayaking, Bike Riding plus many ball and beach sport activites are all included for use by the guests.

Guests will be provided a key code to the front gate and security lock box located at the property.

The house is equipped with a guest handbook with explanatory notes on all elements of the property plus some handy info on the local attractions.

Should guests have any questions throughout your stay, I am always available to assist.

This home is for couples or family getaways and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for social gatherings.

STRICTLY NO Parties or events - Noise restrictions apply after 9.30pm Weekdays and 10.30pm Weekends and Holidays.

Getting around - Car hire is highly recommended when visiting the South West. It is definitely the best way to go exploring. You can also take the train from Perth to Bunbury and then a bus to Busselton, or a bus the whole way.

Note: Guests have access to the entire home (except locked storerooms)

Note: All Linen and towels as per number of guests at time of booking are included - Beach Towels NOT included.

Note: Breaching of "No Party" or "Neighbour Late Night Noise Complaints" may result in cancellation of booking and / or loss of security deposit.
