'I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. '

'Our room was incredibly stuffy, AC unit buttons were so worn and broken you had to guess how to operate it, mini fridge was inoperable and we were told there was no solution. We opted to just open the window (no screen) and listen to the heavy traffic all day. Pool was warm ish so we decided to get in, commented on it to the staff member, and went to go get dressed. While we were getting dressed, the staff member decided to fill it with the hose and brought the temperature down considerably and...
