'We have retained multiple photos of broken items in the bathroom, and room. No soap was available for the purpose of showering. All amenity/soap dispensing modules were broken. Sink/mirror lighting were inoperative/broken No consideration offered for such poor conditions. Even though a receipt was requested, our request was denied and NONE was obtainable from the front desk.'

'It was a very nice, clean and peaceful place to staff. The staff were very friendly too.'

'quite ok'

'Lekkend plafond op de kamer, outdated furniture, ontbijt met nauwelijks keuze'

'Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University.'

'The motel seems to be working towards getting better. I had to ask for blankets & a hairdryer. But staff was accommodating. Pool was very limited on open hours. We understand- The price was reflective of minimal amenities.'

'had the king suite and it was very roomy and clean. all staff super helpful and very nice pool was too cold but weather is just changing so i figured thats why A+ all around'

It made me laugh when I found out they weren’t after the shenanigans they got up to in the dining hall. They were also extremely attentive, observing and asking if they could help the guests with anything else proactively. The room...

'Ok hotel for price vs quality'

'The front desk manager was wonderful. However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The pictures on line do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel. It’s dark, confined, and in a seedy area of the city. The room I was placed into was also dark with windows that looked onto the tenement next door. Quite depressing. The floor was dirty, and someone keyed themselves into our room while my daughter was using the bathroom. The vibe was off, so we immediately checked out. The front desk...

'This hotel is much nicer than you would expect from the budget pricing. We have stayed there twice now and would stay there again. In addition to the other features others have reviewed it had something very important to me: great water pressure in the shower!!! Overall very satisfied.'
