Modern Country Home 7 miles from mission ridge located in Wenatchee Heights

Why stay at a crowded hotel when you can have a home to yourself? Our large house is clean and with over 2,800 square feet. It is located on a private (local traffic only) county roadway with an attached 2 car garage filled with active arcade and skill type games. In addition, there is a 240V electric plugin installed (as well as standard 120V plugs) for electric vehicle charging but be sure to bring your Level 1 or 2 charging cable). The house offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and high-definition cable tv's located in the master suit, in the family room, and in the twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them while the third has two adult twin beds (not bunkbeds). For relaxing after a day of outdoor activities, enjoy the state of the art infrared sauna or jump into the Sundance spa and soak in the outdoor beauty of the adjoining forest and Mission Peak's surrounding hills. For those who need some down time, there are the outdoor decks and spacious living room to escape to. If you are in a spirited mood, challenge each other to a game of foosball, darts, ping pong, air hockey, or on an original restored cocktail arcade game for two with 60 classic games including pac-man, galatica, centipede, frogger and Donkey Kong, or see who is best at the Sportscraft basketball arcade hoops. And for the workout folks, there is a commercial exercise bike purchased from the local gym to keep you in shape equipped with a wall mounted smart TV. This county home is tucked away at the edge of the forest where deer and elk come to graze in the evenings. The home is situated with easy access off a cul-de-sac'd county road supporting only a few homes. There is a security camera installed that overlooks the driveway for your security. The driveway can support 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at our personal home 1 mile away should the need arise. This home has all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your evenings after a day at Mission Ridge or in Wenatchee both located 7 miles away, or after biking and hiking at Squilchuck State Park located 2 miles away. And for those who want to head down to Wenatchee and beyond, Leavenworth is an easy 30 mile drive while Lake Chelan is 47 miles away. Amenities include all necessary kitchen supplies plus a crib and high chair, however, the home isn't babyproofed. Two night minimum required. The home was large with 2 stories. Beautiful views to the mountains, and a less than 15 minutes to Mission Ridge ski area. Kitchen was very outfitted with many amenities you would need, including coffee, spices, and cooking utensils. The games in the garage were fun for my son's family. Nice hot tub under cover, and never had a chance to use the sauna. The owners live close by, and were available if anything questions or repairs needed.

WE WERE BEING WATCHED! At first the house was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. Then we saw the pages of rules along with many notes left all over the house telling us what not to do! It made us feel on edge, one in particular stating that the owners even threaten to come over. We were there to visit family for our vacation. We had family come over for dinner and then around 10pm we got an email from the owners saying they were watching on camera the head count of people coming and leaving. That made us wonder if we were being watched inside the house as well?! They said we exceeded the overnight head count of 6 people, The family that stayed with us was not originally accounted for in the reservation. They were unexpectedly able to come to our family reunion but didn't have a place to stay. It was a couple and their daughter; we booked this house several months ago and didn't review all the extensive policies prior to arriving. Yes, we had more than 6 people in the house. 5 of them are children! Both of our families drove over 6 hours to come together to relax but we were not able to at all! We were very respectful to the property and left it in immaculate condition. The fact of the matter is that we felt violated and uncomfortable in that rental, and we will never stay with that host again.

R & R getaway

The house was amazing. It was a peacful retreat filled with so many things to occupy our time that we only left the house twice. Paradise Near the Slopes

Quiet, private and well appointed home with lovely views, 15 mins from the slopes. One of the most thoughtfully appointed vrbos we have stayed in. A great deal of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked (with a jcie selection of teas and a bottle of wine). The playroom was a hit with everything functional and well-maintained. Also within delivery distance of a nymber ofrestaurants.

Highly Recommend for your Wenatchee Stay!

We went to Wenatchee for a couple of days to ski and this was the PERFECT location and house for our family of four. The house is filled with things to do, books to read, games to play and we almost didn't want to leave for the mountain! The garage filled with games to play like air hockey, fusball and darts gave our teen boys plenty to keep each other occupied and some fun family time. The hot tub and infrared sauna were perfect for relaxing and the spaces were perfect for our family. The owners provided so much helpful information and were great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay just a few miles down the road from Mission Ridge. We are repeat customers here and it's always lovely--the hosts have thought of everything. Great for kids/teens because of the game room. Very cozy & quiet.

Perfect getaway

Bill and Tammy are wonderful hosts who have thought of everything to ensure all ages enjoy their stay. The games and puzzles they have for little ones as well as the garage game room gave the entire family things to do during our stay. The house was well maintained and clean. The location was perfect for us. Quiet/away from noise and close to the slopes! Bill was very open to answering my questions and was very responsive. Never made us feel as if we were a bother. Also, encouraged us to message him if we needed anything during our stay and came over to help us plow the snow for our car to get out. We fell in love with this house and cannot wait until our next trip. We will definitely be staying at this cabin again!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect. Quiet beautiful setting with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room so much that we didn't even need the TV. The owners provided clear instructions and tips, towels for the spa, and even a nice bottle of wine from what looked like a local winery. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall nice place that was clean, which is our number one priority. Only complaints are the level 2 electric vehicle charger advertised is actually just a 220 outlet, not a charging unit and the property was further from town than expected, about 15 minutes.

One of the best places we’ve stayed

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. We were impressed with the the thoughtfulness of all the amenities throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked and the extras in the bathrooms “ just in case we forgot” were much appreciated.
