The thatched-roof house was built in the style of a traditional local “Haubarg” and is set back directly in Welt. The house itself is divided into 4 individual townhouses, each with its own private garden area at the back; in front of the house is a large lawn that can be shared by all the houses. A parking space is, of course, also available. The first floor features the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first and second floors.
