'The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar.
The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only...

'I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. '

'Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.'

The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the building itself is gorgeous — beautiful interiors and it smelled amazing throughout. Our room was cozy and beautifully appointed with luxurious Santal 33 products.

'The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!'

'The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way.
