Maison du Sud is luxury house that will offer you high level of comfort and privacy. We are located in one of the safest neighborhoods of Wellington. Beautiful heated 40' salt-water pool 9 (no extra charge), gazebo with lounge area, pergola for pool-side dining, Napoleon barbecue, lush tropical garden with lighting and sunsets over the canal will make your vacation absolutely unforgettable. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 50' TVs. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 1 - queen size. All bedrooms have spacious closets equipped with personal digital safes (2 out of 3 closets are walk-in). Master bedroom also has outside bath for two and a shower in little private garden. All bathrooms are redone in 2014 and beautifully decorated. Living room with cathedral ceiling and wooden ceiling beams will offer you 60' TV and spacious sitting area. Inside dining under the candles of an iron chandelier with sunset view will definitely bring you a romantic mood. For those who want more privacy and silence there is fireplace room under the wooden ceiling. Kitchen is equipped with, blender, food processor, slow juicer, microwave, dishwasher, stove with glass cook top, fridge with ice generator, coffee maker, french coffee press, full set of nice dishes, tableware and glasses. There is also big pantry with new front load washer and dryer. Everything is ready for your stay!

We loved Maison Du Sud! The property was well furnished with all amenities including every kitchen appliance and accessory. The beds were super comfortable. The TV had a great cable package (no Roku nonsense). WiFi was solid. The host was responded within minutes with a resolution. The key to our great stay was THE OASIS in the backyard. We absolutely loved. If we need a place in the area again, we definitely will be calling Gary and Natalia

This home was amazing! Not only was the place beautiful and spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! The owners, Gary and Natalia, have done an amazing job in having everything you could need from top-of-the-line appliances, huge walk-in showers, an outdoor shower, a beautiful pool, gorgeous outdoor spaces and furniture, and a very lovely kitchen and living room. We used the kitchen for dinner a couple nights and everything was user friendly. There was not a single utensil, pan, plate, bowl that wasn’t available. We were there about a week and we’re still discovering fun things about the place towards the end of our stay. Every room is perfectly decorated with such attention to detail. The owners were attentive and have a very detailed book with all the information you may need. The WiFi was very good, TVs were easy to use. Lots of fun animals like birds and iguanas throughout the neighborhood. There are grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, parks, etc accessible without going out to the interstate but if you need to access the interstate or turnpike it’s fairly simple by GPS! I will definitely stay here in the future!

Lovely getaway oasis

We had a fabulous Memorial Day weekend getaway. The property is exactly as described, clean and well-appointed. We especially liked the pool and gazebo area. It is quiet and private and conveniently located for day trips and evenings out. Prompt and informative communication with the owner. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Wellington peace

This property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. With five adults staying at the home, we all still had our privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. No need for sharing! The pool and patio area are second to none. The beautiful landscaping provided privacy, the covered seating area was perfect for visiting, and who doesn’t love a heated pool?! It was truly an oasis and we look forward to returning again.

Well appointed, comfortable and a wonderful pool area

We decided last minute to head down to Wellington for horse shows. The location was perfect for getting to the farms and show grounds. Gary was great with communication and easy access to the property. His instructions were very clear. Easy check out as well. The house was very comfortable. Beds, linens, towels were all very clean and comfortable. There are cameras outside and inside, however Gary assured me that the interior cameras are turned off during rentals. Still, it was a little odd, as I’ve never stayed in a property with indoor cameras set up. All in all, we would definitely recommend this property & stay again if available.

This property is amazing! It’s exactly what you see. We traveled here for a tennis tournament for our son and had our family dogs. It was perfect in so many ways. Great location. Pool/ backyard stellar. Quiet neighborhood good for walking, biking, etc.Plenty of shopping, restaurants that are all close by. We would stay again next year but our time slot was already reserved- one note for folks that have physical limitations is that the tile floors are somewhat uneven throughout the house and none of the 5 sliding doors that open to the backyard/pool work properly. They are either screwed shut or very challenging to open/shut and really need to be replaced. We had some retirees that visited with us and the combination of the floors and doors was not ideal for their physicality

Gary’s 3- bedroom house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and showers. The outside area is exceptional. Gary was very easy to communicate with and flexible about letting us stay until our late afternoon flight. We hope to return for a longer stay next year.

This home was so nice to stay in- it was luxury without a luxury price tag. The owners are very great communicators and the manager of the property lives across the street so if anything is needed she’s a few steps away! Great find- beds were comfy- and we hope to be able to come stay again.

Beautiful vacation home!

Our stay was just short of two weeks. This house is in a perfect location close to stores, restaurants, etc. We spent most of our time around the pool every day. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful and very private. The lounge chairs, umbrellas, gazebo, and Hamic were put to great use. The kitchen was well equipped, and loved using the grill outside. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and loved the king size beds in each room. Gary was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all the questions we had upon our arrival. Karen was awesome and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool area and landscaping around the pool was a paradise. The Manager, Karen and her husband, Carl were delightful people.
