Also has fantastic views of Huckleberry Mountain and the Mt. Hood National Forest. Relax and enjoy the soothing rippling sounds of the Salmon River nearby while sitting on the back patio! Fantastic place to stay and wonderful hospitality

The Whispering Woods are a fantastic getaway place to experience Mount Hood and its wondeful environment. Dotty made us feel at home as guests at her place and the accommodation is more than fully packed and equipped to make a dream stay come true. We would recommend this stay to anyone!

Had an excellent time at thus place with family! Very clean, lots of space, kitchen has everything we needed, toiletries were provided, cozy living room, loved the master bedroom, have a cup of coffe on the balcony. Very very convenient location to a lot!! Communication with Dotty was fantastic and so welcoming! Nice washer and dryer..! Overall this is a very neat and calming place to stay...Warm water pool was great! Golf court, walking areas... would stay here again anytime!

Great location. The place is perfect for four adults and two children (under 12). Beautiful space and access to sauna & pool wonderful. It was a great spot to get to Timberline Lodge, Govt Camp, and the restaurants and breweries in the area. The host was easy to speak to and responsive when we needed. Highly recommend.

Kitchen was very well equipped. The downstairs bedroom had many issues. The power seemed very outdated. On arrival all lights flickered upon using outlets. We completely lost power, and heat, in downstairs bedroom one night had to relocate medical equipment to upstairs for the night. Husband had to stay on couch due to knee issues and stairs. Spent next half day with maintenance in unit repairing the old wiring. The dresser bottom 2 drawers were broken and not usable. The night stands had stains inside drawers (toothpaste and liquid) and were not usable. I was disappointed in the lack of general maintenance.

The unit had the essentials we needed and was clean when we arrived. Check-in was simple, instructions were clear, and the host was kind and easy to work with.That said, the space felt very dated and quite dark, with limited lighting — especially in the twin bedroom. There were no extra or throw blankets available, and the bedding provided was lightweight. I was very cold at night and wasn’t able to find additional blankets.Overall, it was a functional stay, and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful home in the heart of Mount Hood. The location is great, close to restaurants and trails. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It is furnished with everything that you will need. Pretty view in the back. Owner is very helpful and friendly.

A fun family stay

This was a wonderful property for our family. We enjoyed going to the pool a couple times. We forgot some items like plastic toddler plates, bowls and utensils. However, the place was fully stocked and had them for us which was great! We would stay here again but not during a heat advisory. Minor discrepancy in the paperwork advised that the pool opened at 8am. It opens at 9am.

The Ski Condo

Had a wonderful time at a very conveniently located place near Mt. Hood. Condo was fully stocked with mostly everything to cook including coffee pods. The electric grill worked well enough never grilled on one. Downstair bedroom was extremely cooler although most nights were below 20 degrees -- probably need more blankets this time of year. Having access to the condo's garage would have been nice as well.

Clean and Comfortable Townhome

The townhome was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We even had a nice warm fire in the woodstove while we had hot cocoa and played games. We will book again if we are looking to stay in the same area again.

Cleaners were there when we arrived at 420 pm. They seemed suprised we were there. Had to wait an hour while the condo got cleaned. As I was pulling the door closed to leave, the door handle came off in my hand.lol at least the door was securley closedclosed

Dotty was amazing to work with and was very prompt with replies to my questions about check-in. We didn't experience any issues with the property. We stayed for a couple of days to ski and experience Mt. Hood while in-state visiting family.

Hiking Weekend

We had the best time! We explored Timberline Lodge and Mirror Lake. This condo was in the perfect spot to do both plus it was close to a grocery store and great restaurants. We appreciated the smart TV that gave us several options for watching TV plus the condo was spacious and well-appointed.
