The house dates back to the 1980s and has its own charming quirks, but it impresses with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space, and a truly unique location.



The Space:

Villa Panoramica is ideal for larger groups and families who want to spend relaxing days together in a charming setting. The house is located in a quiet area above Koblenz and accommodates up to 17 guests – offering plenty of space for socializing, fun, and relaxation.



The villa dates back to the 1980s and has been partially modernized. It has character, edges and corners, but also everything you need for a wonderful time together:

✔️ a leisure room with pool table and foosball,

✔️ and a Nintendo Switch for cozy evenings.



The open-plan living and dining area invites everyone to gather together, while multiple bedrooms provide privacy when needed. The large window front offers an impressive view over Koblenz – a true highlight, especially at sunset.

The villa is not brand new – minor imperfections are part of its character. If you are expecting perfect hotel standards, this may not be the right place for you. However, if you are looking for a functional property with charm for a weekend with friends or family, you will feel right at home.

As a guest of Villa Panoramica, you have full access to all areas of the house and its amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Relax by the private pool with terrace or unwind in the sauna. Challenge your friends or family in the leisure room with pool table and foosball, or enjoy cozy evenings with the Nintendo Switch.

The open kitchen with cooking island and the dining area invite you to share meals together. Of course, you are also welcome to make full use of the garden and the terrace with outdoor furniture.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Panoramica is located in Weitersburg, a charming district near Koblenz, in a quiet setting. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the beautiful nature of the Rhineland, ideal for walks or bike tours.

The city center of Koblenz, with its numerous sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, can be reached within just a few minutes by car. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings while also exploring the vibrant city of Koblenz.



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is located in Weitersburg, offering connections to Koblenz and the surrounding towns. Koblenz Central Station is about a 15-minute drive away and provides regional and long-distance train connections.

From Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, you can reach the villa by car in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
