'Smell the new'

'this property was good all around--clean facility, nice staff, convenient, good breakfast, and reasonable rates. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Very nice it felt like home'

'Room was clean and staff was very helpful'

'The room was very large and very clean. Everyone that was at the front desk was helpful. Elisabeth was especially kind and helpful.'

'It was fine - parking is a pain - you have to pay with an app. Some front desk folks were nice and helpful. Some weren't. I wasn't given our breakfast vouchers on check-in - we paid via the booking app. When I asked for them was treated with suspicion - they were suggesting that I had already received them and was trying to swindle them.'

'Nothing'

'First we got to the Hotel - they had given our room to another person, so we got stuck in a horrible room. A/C and TV did not work. Went to CALL front desk THERE ARE NO PHONES AT to call. So went back to the front desk. Agent told us there were no other rooms. So I told him we had a RSVS and he finally found us a HANDICAP room which was ok. Got to that room, hole in the wall with a plastic bag sticking out to fill the hole. Mold in the tub. Bed squeaked so bad every time you moved. ...

'Super mooi hotel.. Enkel het ontbijt is niet zoveel als ik eerlijk mag zijn.. '

'This places was a dump to say the least. The ac had a bucket under it and a few towels. Someone went into my room in the 1 hr I was gone getting breakfast. I noticed simply because towels went missing. I went to the front desk. She states that’s how they do their housekeeping. They did not in fact leave clean towels. They did not in fact take out the trash. The also stated they stopped making beds since covid. The 4ft lady at the counter got angry with me because I submitted a formal complaint...

'Paloma was really nice and helpful at the breakfast'

'Room was a bit cramped and had an odor when we walked in. The outlet by the tall mirror was non-functional. The toilet paper holder is located under a 'cover' almost behind you - we set it on the edge of the sink. The shower temperature wasn't variable - had to shower much hotter than I like. AC unit is very loud, and the walls are not insulated against noise. All minor issues. Staff was very friendly, eager to please, and everything is updated and super clean. No parking issues. All we needed...

'Mooi hotel met ruime kamers, net gerenoveerd. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf snelweg en gratis parkeren. Ontbijt is goed, en in de buurt ook restaurants. Zwembad was helaas gesloten.'
