'The whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. It is just a cute house out in the country. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed have a fire in the firepit one night. We stayed at the property during a UGA game weekend. Location is good for this purpose, if you want to be away from Athens after the game is over. '

'The house was clean, however not as spacious as advertised. We had 7 adults planning to stay after the UGA game and adults are not going to stay in a bunk bed or double up in a full. It was VERY expensive for the beds you had. The management team sent several messages asking to remove our shoes, rinse dishes befor dishwasher etc. however, did not accommodate dropping bags 2 hours early due to flight schedule. We would have saved money as well as had more accommodations staying in 3 rooms ar a...

'Great place to stay walkable to the stadium and downtown Athens. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for a weekend in Athens. Parking can be crazy in Athens, so it was nice to have parking available for the weekend. '

'A horse lovers dream! With over 400 acres to roam, it's hard not to find something beautiful here. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk with. The gathering areas are chock full of activities and things to look at it. Nearly any window you look out you'll see a horse! The animals, and there are many besides horses, are super friendly and lovable. We loved playing with all the animals here. We will definitely be back! '
