'Overall, a great lodging in the heart of a quaint community. It was just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a grocery. 'The property was as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Check in was easy and seamless. We did have an issue with the oven not working so it would have been useful to have some sort of manual for the property. Perhaps we just didn’t see it. Overall a great experience. '

'This is a wonderful cottage in a gorgeous area. My husband and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and remote experience on the Isle Of Skye. "The pod is very nice, clean and has a lovely view. Very near to Portree and all the restaurants, shops, etc. A perfect location to start exploring the island from. Breakfast is great (a cute tray with yoghurt, croissant, fruits for every table and on top of that you can order warm food from the menu) The people working there are very friendly. Unfortunately they are short of staff and you notice that. Breakfast takes a bit longer than usual, the restaurant was shut on one of the days we stayed there and the lounge/bar was closed during our stay. Luckily there is a pizza guy (Pizza in the Skye) just down the hill that makes terrific pizza’s to take and eat in the pod with some Netflix on or to sit out and watch the stars if the weather is good. Would recommend this stay for the location, view, cosiness, etc. but price is quite high. Though I must add prices are sky high on Skye everywhere.."
