Welcome to my beautiful beach front cottage! There are water views from both levels of my home, and I also have an above ground pool! The beach is directly across from my cottage and is easily accessible. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and parking for 4 cars. The bed sizes are queen and double and I have a futon to sleep 8 total. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a well stocked kitchen with a coffee maker and coffee, as well as Netflix and high speed internet. *NO HOT TUB

    The Space:

My space is private and there are no shared spaces! Guests have the pool, parking and entire house all to themselves. The pool is open from June - Sept (exact dates are dependent on weather). It is NOT heated. The hot tub is NOT operational at the moment.

There is driveway parking available for 4-5 cars depending on size. There is also a large free parking lot right across the road. The public beach is right across the road as well and you do not need a pass to access it. There are plenty of shops and bars right down erie road around the corner from my place.

    Guest Access:

Guests will access the property via keypad on the back door

    Getting Around:

Across from the beach, lake views from the house, minutes to town and all the shops and restaurants

    Other Things to Note:

Please NOTE there is a hot tub built into the deck but it is NOT operational. You will not be able to use it during your stay, even though it may be captured in some of the images. Thank you.

The pool will be open for June July and August. It closes down in September.

Way Over promised. No usable pool and hot tub not even set up was full of leaves and scum. Lawn was dead. 95% of thr “beach access” was not available as it was private no trespassing. For $1600 a night not worth it. Had they been honest would have been worth about half. Location otherwise was very good just no effort to maintains the place very poor amenities for a guest. It is for sale so assume just hanging on trying to make a few dollars.

When we arrived at the house, we encountered an awful odor. It smelled like a wet dog, or musty, or moldy. I can't really categorize it. We opened the windows, and tried to air it out. We found a can of air freshener. Both only helped a little. The heat was not working. There was an error code flashing on both the downstairs and upstairs units. We contacted the management company and they sent someone that evening. He brought us another can of air freshener. He told us the error code had to be cleared by the manufacturer techs on the outside unit. He said the odor was from the lake, churning up all manner of smells from the the ice melting. " When the HVAC is operating, the smell will clear out." We arrived on Saturday. The HVAC tech was not scheduled until Tues afternoon, the day before we checked out. Fortunately there was a gas fireplace that provided some heat. It was very cold outside the days we were there. We left one day before our check out day. Mainly because of the smell. Awful! In addition to the odor, the house is generally dirty. We encountered other people's hair, in various places. The living room furniture is stained and torn. The tub does not drain properly, so we were up to our ankles in water when showering. There is no where to store clothing. Only one closet in one bedroom, with a bar to hang clothing. A filthy stained mattress in the main bdrm closet. No shelf or bar. The dryer was full of partially dry sheets & towels. Don't stay here!
