  • Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Coral Canyon! This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a quiet, comfortable place to settle in for an extended stay in Southern Utah. With mountain views, a private fenced backyard, high-speed internet, community pools and fitness facilities, and easy access to everything the St. George area has to offer, it's an ideal home base for stays of 30 nights or longer.

    THE HOME

    The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a large dresser, nightstands and lamps, making the home especially comfortable for longer stays.

    You'll also have high-speed internet (250 Mbps), a fully equipped kitchen, and a private fenced backyard with artificial turf, a patio, BBQ and outdoor seating. With no homes directly behind the property, the backyard looks toward the surrounding mountains and offers a peaceful place to relax or let your dog outside.

    THE NEIGHBORHOOD

    The home is located in the highly desirable Coral Canyon community in Washington, Utah. Unlike neighborhoods filled with nightly vacation rentals, Coral Canyon is quiet and peaceful, particularly in the evenings.

    Walking and biking trails are easily accessible from the neighborhood, with both paved and unpaved options nearby. Coral Canyon Golf Course winds through the surrounding area, and you're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, movies and everyday necessities.

    30+ NIGHT STAYS

    Coral Canyon HOA regulations require a minimum stay of 30 nights. This makes the home particularly well suited for extended stays, relocations, remote work, snowbirds, or anyone wanting to spend a month or more enjoying Southern Utah.

    If you have questions about the 30-night minimum, please feel free to message us before booking.

    PETS & CLEANING

    Up to two housebroken pets are welcome. The non-refundable pet fee is $200 for one pet and an additional $100 for a second pet.

    A $200 departure cleaning fee is collected through VRBO. Routine housekeeping is not provided during your stay, but guests may arrange and pay for additional cleaning service if desired.

    Please note that at this time, we do not accept reservations for families traveling with children under age 12.

    This is our family's Southern Utah vacation home, and we've worked hard to make it a comfortable place to call home during an extended stay. We're happy to answer questions and help make your time in Southern Utah as enjoyable as possible.

Great little vacation house, perfectly located for easy access to the greater Zion/St George area. House is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, nice views, a lot of natural light, great water pressurein the master shower, and in a quite, safe neighborhood. Host is great, wonderful, and quick, communication. 100% recommend!

Perfect for extended stay

We really enjoyed staying here. Great little house that’s been tastefully updated and maintained. Perfect location to access all to do in the region. Loved listening to the birds on the private back porch. Great host who was super responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on future trips to the area.

Great house for us to enjoy while waiting for our new house to be built. Andrew is the kindest, most flexible and helpful owner I’ve ever experienced. He’s willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is going well. He allowed us to extend our stay when we needed an extra couple of weeks. The House is small but charming and in a beautiful location. We’ve enjoyed hiking up “Cardiac Hill” most mornings and reaping the benefits of amazing desert scenery and just being outside. Our dogs appreciate the yard they can go in and out of at their pleasure when we’re home. Overall, we’d highly recommend this comfortable and cozy dwelling!

You should stay here if you like a quiet neighborhood, great amenities such as a gym, morning Pickleball with a great bunch of welcoming folks, easy access to endless miles of bike paths, golfing, beautiful sunsets from your kitchen window, fenced yard for your dog, quick access to parks and red rock hikes, tasteful living decor, plenty of space for inviting friends, it’s a three bedroom!, Fully stocked kitchen… wait I need to book another trip!

Great St George property

Loved this property in St George. Andrew is wonderful, extremely helpful, and very responsive to any questions. Location makes it easy to get anywhere in SG. House is comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Great path to walk dogs. Highly recommended!

Great house

We rented this house while the house we’re building is being finished. Andrew was great to work with and when we had minor issues, he was very quick to respond. It is a very quiet neighborhood and it is nice that pets are allowed and there is a yard for them.

Perfect Long Term Home

We were pleasantly surprised when we first stepped inside the home. It was clean and inviting and nicely furnished. There are a few small items that need a little attention, but overall, everything was great. To be totally honest though, the home was great and well stocked with everything we needed, but the best part was working with the property owner. Andrew absolutely made our circumstances and our stay totally worth the entire thing! We had a few hiccups before we actually started our stay and Andrew took them all in stride and went far above and beyond what he was required to do. I cannot recommend this place any higher and would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Nice, comfortable home in a quiet area close to everything!

We stayed at this property for almost 2 month and felt right at home. The property has been remodeled and it was very clean and in a great location. We went hiking/biking almost everyday as the property is close to great trails. There's even a short trail behind the house where we took my 84 yr. old mom for short walks everyday. The weather (October-December) was ideal for getting out and exploring with no crowds. Andrew was a wonderful host making sure the house was well equipped with everything we might need and helping us when questions arised. We would like to come back to this property next year for hopefully a longer stay. Forgot to mention the views of the mountains from the backyard. Amazing!

Nice place needs a a bit more furniture like night tables and lamps etc. in the guest rooms. Twin beds in the guest rooms would be a good idea. Dinning table small but worked. I would stay again.
