Welcome to the Slick Rock House! Pool is now open! This is a new home equipped with 5 bedrooms suites all with their own bathrooms. There are 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and an awesome bunk room with 6 twin beds for the kids. We also have 4 sleeping pads and two couches. This home is clean, professionally decorated, and the perfect getaway for your family to relax and play in St. George. Come enjoy all St. George has to offer including Golfing, Mountain Biking, Lakes, Hiking, Zions and much more.

POOL: There is a brand new pool with a lazy river, 2 hottubs, large slide that empties into another pool, bathroom ammenities, and a splash pad for the kids to play in. The pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The community pool and hot tubs are now open! Patio w/ dining table, gas grill & mountain views. There are two outdoor cameras, one facing the driveway and the other facing the outside patio door. They are used strictly for security reasons while the house is not being occupied. There are no cameras anywhere inside the house.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, dishware/flatware, hot water pot, ice maker in fridge, extra fridge in garage, spices, toaster oven, island w/ barstool seating

This house is clean, has a great layout and location, and a good fit for family (we had 10 adults, 6 children). We loved the pool, just a short walk from the house. If I could change anything, a larger dining table and more seating in the living area would have been nice so the adults could sit together comfortably (some of us would sit on the floor or bring in a dining chair). The house could use some maintenance/upgrades for things that seemed on the verge of breaking or needing replaced, but nothing major, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed with a group of friends for a pickleball tournament and vacation. The condo was spotless and very well situated only a 1/2 block to the pool and pickleball courts. The hot tubs were greatly appreciated (there are 2). I would definitely stay again if in the area. The kitchen was mostly well stocked, but could use a kettle and tea pot and perhaps some medium sized tupperware. The beds were a bit soft for me, but others found them OK.

We just stayed for 2 hectic nights- but want to say thisbis one of the most thoughtfully arranged ajd supplied homes I have rented. They really put thought and effort into supplying the home w items to make your stay comfortable and efficient. (I wish all rentals were supplied like this one- there were even markers for name cups in a drawer! Extra sleeping mats- with bedding, a pop up crib, with bedding.) The number of bathrooms made staying w married children and grandchildren easy and comfortable for all. Hope it is available the next time we need a rental in St George!

A few families joined in and rented this home for the weekend and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with the experience! Everything was neat, organized, clean and as advertised! The beds were comfortable and the home was so spacious. We will be booking again for the next time we have a cheer competition in St. George area! Much better than staying in a hotel.

We had my family and my in laws at the home. There were 4 kids under the age of 9 and they loved just running around having a good time in and around the house. Plenty of room for all of us plus more. We only had one issue with one of the smart thermostats, glitching and they sent someone over about 15 minutes after I messaged the property manager and had it working in about 20 minutes after that. We would for sure stay here again and again.

When I was searching for a place for our group this place popped up. The pictures and description sounded like what we needed. We get there, it wasn't but it was still enjoyable. If you have a large group like we did and you plan on being out of the house the whole time or in your rooms then this would work. But if you want to have a place to gather and hang out in the house, it's not big enough. Also had to contact the manager an hour before check in to find out how that worked. He responded quickly and apologized as we were supposed to have gotten the info earlier. Manager was always quick to reply. If we ever have a smaller group we would definitely be back.
