  • A spacious house with a casual Bermudian atmosphere inside and out, is nestled on a verdant hill with a green, overland view (now a golf course, formerly agricultural lands). On the other side of the hill lays the stretch of world famous South Shore beaches. Closest parks are Southlands, Astwood Cove and Warwick Long Bay East. Location is convenient to two bus routes and the Railway Trail for walking.

    The house is spacious for five persons (2,400 square feet) with common and private areas. Decorated in an Atlantic colonial style, the large kitchen, the heart of the house, is ensuite to the porch and dining room. There is also a traditional living room and a den (TV).
