Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. The neighborhood has full urban infrastructure with many restaurants, cafes and shops catering to all daily needs. The Skorosze Shopping Center with stores, supermarkets and a food court is just 650 meters (8-minute walk) away from the apartment! The communication points are also nearby, with the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 1.5 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport 10 km from the estate. The proximity of the center means convenient and quick travel around the capital - access to Śródmieście takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by using the public transport.

This fully equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people – it’s perfect for both weekend getaways and longer stays. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has access to a private balcony overlooking the inner side of the estate, providing a sense of peace and quiet. The interior has warm, homely atmosphere. The decor relies on cozy dark wood furniture and light decorative wallpaper. A full range of amenities, including full kitchen and bathroom facilities, guarantees a high comfort of every stay. Multimedia include a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary toiletries, bed linen, and towels are provided. Guests travelling by car can park for free on available parking spots on the gated estate.
