« We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room. « The condition of the furnishings in the room were terrible, the lounge chairs were well and truly worn out, threadbare curtains hanging on only a few hooks, chips in the seats on the wooden chairs. The rooms were stuffy and no flywires so couldn't have windows open, fans supplied but couldn't plug them in to be able to use them. the whole place is run down. very disappointing. Would not recommend »

« The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal. »

« Air conditioning took a long time to do much , roads in and out and around the park are incredibly bad , but the cabin was very clean and very comfortable , apart from other park patrons starring at me everytime I came outside for a smaled it's was a pleasant stay, but of course being where it's located I was constantly concerned about randoms coming in and out of the park looking for things to case out or steal but that's Mandurah for ya , could do with some gates or boom gates on the entry...

Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition.
