Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

The small holiday home is located separately on the owner's 1000 square metre residential property within a quiet residential area. The municipal swimming pool on the Müritz is approx. 800 metres away. Shops and restaurants within a radius of approx. 500 metres. The holiday home is simply furnished with: Living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat screen TV), bedroom (2 single beds, upholstered couch), open kitchenette (mini oven with hob, fridge, various kitchen appliances), bathroom (modernised) with shower/WC, W-LAN, central heating. At your disposal: covered, furnished and enclosed terrace, barbecue, two bicycles, bicycle storage, car park and a charging facility (CEE 16) for electric cars (for a fee). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if applicable: electricity for charging e-cars.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature experience centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District, climbing forest in the Kammerun Forest. The town also has outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
