Idyllically and quietly situated in a Waren villa district on the Müritz, the holiday apartment for two people is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on the approx. 5,000 m², well-kept and fenced residential property. A bathing area on the Müritz is approx. 200 metres away, and there is a restaurant and a small mini-market nearby. The town centre, supermarkets and other restaurants are approx. 2.5 km away.



The approx. 55 sqm large, separate non-smoking holiday apartment is equipped with a large living room (upholstered furniture, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining area), separate kitchen (gas cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, dining counter), a bedroom (double bed), bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a large furnished roof terrace. The apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. There is also a car park, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and W-LAN (only for Telekom customers).



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. The nearest motorway junction is around 25 kilometres away.
