✹ Bedroom 3: Queen bed with direct access to bathroom through private door, but bathroom is also accessible from the upstairs hallway (so I don’t know if it’s technically ensuite?). Old school sewing table that can be used as a desk. Drawer chest, closet. Upstairs.

✹ Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds. TV and small drawer chest. Upstairs.

✹ There are a lot of first roads in the area. Although they’re generally fine, 4WD/AWD is recommended in winter.
✹ Expect to see local wildlife and the occasional bug—this is Vermont, after all.
✹ Pets welcome. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet. The cleaners charge extra to charge after pets stay. Let me know if you're bringing pets and we'll take care of this.
