'The house keeping people'

'Air conditioning didn’t work on my last night, neither did the WiFi. Would not recommend'

'Everything was great here, Only thing I would have liked were better pillows. 2 square ones and 1 rectangular one per bed. That's a small concern when everything else was fine.'

'Lit confortable, très bon déjeuner, personnel accueillant, très propre'

'Loved everything'

'Great staff easy Check in I love staying here!!!'

'I have stayed at other Tru locations and this was by far the worst. Without getting too wordy, a few adjectives I would use to describe my room are: dingy, stale, outdated, unclean. It seems that for whatever reason they aren’t even trying.'

'My stay was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful on all the small things that can make travel stressful. From the moment I walked in they provided gold star service. Jenine, Kamesha (sp?), Hanna, and the rest of the staff were spectacular. I opening the spellings correct, my apologies if I did not. I would absolutely (and likely) stay again!'

'Met expectations'

'It was very clean! They had cute Halloween decorations out my kids loved that! It felt like home away from home!'
