An Oasis for Two on Wangerooge
The Dünengraf apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a hallway, and a 16-square-meter south-facing terrace.

Living and Dining Area:

The room is approximately 23 square meters and features an oval dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a comfortable pull-out sofa. Take a seat in our “Dresden” reading chair by Franz Fertig or enjoy your favorite series on Netflix on the 42-inch smart TV. The living area opens directly onto the 16-square-meter sun terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or a sundowner at the table with four comfortable chairs, sheltered from the wind. The two SONOS One speakers provide pure musical enjoyment.

Home Office:

At the Dünengraf, you’ll find the perfect work-life balance. Feel free to set up your home office at the dining table and take advantage of our high-speed VDSL connection with speeds exceeding 150 Mbit. We even move our workspace to Wangerooge from time to time.

Bedroom:

Relax in the box-spring bed, which features two mattresses with different firmness levels. On the left, you’ll find H4 (up to 150 kg), and on the right, H3 (up to 100 kg). You can completely darken the bedroom with curtains specially designed for this purpose. During the day, our pleated blinds provide privacy. The closet offers plenty of space so you can unpack your suitcases; these can then be stored behind the door and next to the closet.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is cleverly designed as a galley kitchen, so you’ll find everything you need for cooking in just under 2 square meters. We love to treat ourselves to culinary delights. The room has a window.

Bathroom:

At just under 2 square meters, the bathroom may not be a wellness oasis, but it does feature a shower with folding glass doors, a floor-mounted toilet with a soft-close mechanism, a Villeroy & Boch sink, and a washing machine. Since you’ll always be enjoying the beach on the island, it’s important that you have enough space in the bathroom to dry your swimwear and towels. When the weather is nice, be sure to use the clothesline right next to the apartment to avoid unnecessarily increasing the humidity inside.

Due to its layout, the Dünengraf is not suitable for children. Don’t worry—we love kids, so we’re happy to offer our Bunte Kuh vacation apartment for your vacation with children. It’s perfectly equipped for a family vacation.

Tourist Tax (Kurtaxe)
Please note that the Wangerooge Tourist Office charges a local fee per night. The tourist tax must be paid on-site at the Tourist Office or upon departure at the airport or train station.
