'The room was a little dated.'

'I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

'Een overnachting kost ruim EURO 215 per nacht, en dan is er geen water op je kamer of iets in de koelkast. Ontbijt apart te kopen, erg beperkt in keus en gewoon alleen maar vet :('

'We stayed one night at the property. Our neighbors were very loud very late at night but after a quick call to the service desk, someone did come up and delt with the loud group. Stad was very helpful. The description of the hotel lists rooms as soundproof - they are definitely not! Hotel looks great over all, very nice and clean lobby. Rooms are clean too but nothing special. Bathrooms are ok. Very convenient location right by the highway. We would stay again'

'187$ is te veel voor 1 nacht in dit versleten hotel. De kamers zijn dringend aan een upgrade toe. Kan je niet vergelijken met doubletree Venetië waar de kamers proper en modern waren en het eten fantastisch was. '

'Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

'nog minpunt: het ontbijt dat je kan bijboeken is enkel een zakje met een appel, een koekje en een sapje. Dit was niet wat verwachte onder "ontbijt"'

'Wegens personeel tekort was de dame erg gehaast en daarbij geïrriteerd. Niet mijn schuld. Niet erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Later draaide ze wat bij. Niet erg prettig.'

'It was very noisy. There needs to be door seals between adjoining rooms so that loud conversations aren’t heard. It made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel needs updating also.'

'Excellent property . Very comfortable and clean. We will defintly use this property when traveling again.'

'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the...

'My stay wasn't too bad .my only complained is the smell of mold and the visible mold. When I told someone he said he will be painting over it. Eww.'

'Zeer leuke en verzorgde loft. Knap ingericht. Alle uitrusting is aanwezig. Leuke buurt. Kortom een aanrader!'

'Fijne kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Betaald parkeren een minpunt. Maak t gratis of redelijk betaalbaar.

'wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...
