Villa's in Wallan

'We had such a lovely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! We loved the thoughtful little touches, especially being greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as soon as we checked in and the breakfast in bed. It’s the little details that made our stay feel extra special. Such a relaxing and memorable experience. we’d definitely come back!'

'Pros: - receptionist was great - very fast check in Cons: - For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. - the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment'

'It felt like staying at a friend’s house, but with enough space you could escape. We loved the extra touches such as the open fire pits to make s’mores and the pool room.'

'The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful. I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked. After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room. The property itself is great, the parking is non existent.'

'Our vehicle was broken into and valuables stolen. While the staff were helpful, the carpal security is poor and no warnings given, despite multiple incidents recently.'

'Quirky set up it sraff friendly and helpful room clean and well presented slept well'

'Staff were amazingly accommodating! We had to leave early so couldn't enjoy breakfast but they made sure we had a continental breakfast to enjoy in our room. Room was clean roomy, great natural light and very comfy bed. Food and service at the restaurant was exceptional! We will definitely be back to enjoy again!'
