'The room was small and Very warm, 30 degrees maybe even warmer. I guess they could not switch off the central heating
We opened the window and there was a lot of noice from machinery and the pub next door.
There was a fan, but for £ 300 one would expect a better atmosphere. And £ 4,00 extra for a full UK breakfast, not customer friendly. The staff was friendly though '

'This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉.
We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely.'

'Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs.
Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment.
Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well.

'Moderne compacte basic kamer met moderne gemakken, maar niet altijd handig. Weinig plek voor je koffer en bed tussen de 2 muren best wel krap zeker met z’n tweeën. Raam op blinde muur kan niet open en ventilatie systeem maakt best veel lawaai. Wel super centraal gelegen in het centrum van Bath.'

'The check-in experience was horrible. Long queue as a consequence. We provide all our details in advance but during arrival we again have to fill in everything on paper. Twice as we had 2 rooms. Also we had to pay a deposit for the room in advance should we break anything. Don’t treat people as criminals pls.'

'Great base place to explore Bath, specially if you rented a car which you can park inside the hotel premises.
Bedroom was spacious and well appointed.
We had breakfast once and it was nice quality, but since they were closing felt rushed with no purpose.
Based on room rates to charge for parking felt unnecessary and probably won't move the hotel top line needle.
Would go back to it!'
