The unit was lovely and well equipped. I enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the large windows. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator door were broken. I definitely recommend this unit.

Our Host was very helpful. She answered all my questions immediately. The Condo location was perfect. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants right across the street. The pool was a short/short walk away. The amenities were perfect. I spent a lot of time lounging on the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing stay - close to amenities, clean, perfect setting for a Hawaiian vacation. Walkable to the beach, trails, and shops. The gym and pool are close to the unit. We’re already planning a return!

Great place

Week in Paradise

Well appointed home with everything we needed. Perfect location near amenities and shops. Appreciated the extras like towels and chairs for the beach. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Management was easy to get a hold of and available.

Oasis on the Big Island

The property is in a beautiful gated community with spectacular landscaping backing a golf course, lovely pool area and close proximity to Queen and King shopping centres we sure enjoyed everything wonderful place! The communication and check in process was perfect we would love to return someday

Spacious townhome at a beautiful location

What else can I say? It's a little heaven on earth. Our family really enjoyed the time we stayed at this townhome. Our best moment was a visit of a super friendly feral cat when we were seating in the patio area enjoying the afternoon wind.

Checked all the boxes! Perfect place

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for my family and our needs. Very clean and comfortable. My 84 year old mom was able to stay downstairs with the rest of us upstairs. Location is great with Island Market nearby for some food, or a 5 minute drive to Foodland grocery. Area was nice & quiet, beds and pillows were GREAT - we all slept really well. Kitchen is stocked with appliances & cookware one would need. Garage has anything you need for the beach or pool. Make sure to read binder and know to keep up on towel & bedding laundry so cleaners aren’t overloaded when you leave.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful family reunion at this condo. There was ample sleeping for our party of 7. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet. A bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and the baths were full of towels. The garage was full of beach toys, snorkel gear, chairs over 10 very nice beach towels and 4 biles that came in so handy for exercise and quick trips to nearby shopping center. Olivia was quick to answer my question about the rental car issue. She was very kind to check with cleaning to move our check out cleaning till the next morning since we had a midnight flight out. I was so happy to have picked this location for our vacation and hope to come back again.

Great communication, lovely home

Arrived with my wife our 2 year old and 9 month old along with their grandparents and everyone loved the home. It is clean, solidly built and beautiful! What really made it special for us was our communication and prompt responses from Olivia. We asked if there was a crib there so we wouldn't have to fly with one and Olivia made sure to get one there before we arrived! After day one, we asked about a highchair, it was there within hours! We had some issues with the AC leaking, Olivia arranged plumbers to fix while we were out. All these things that could have made the trip difficult actually ended up making it better and more memorable! The grounds are immaculate, the pool is relaxing, and there's really no items that didn't enhance our already great stay. Would return again, no question!

Great location, perfect for groups

We enjoyed staying here both for the location and the amenities of the townhouse and complex. There were a few items that needed attention/fixing in the place but nothing so major as to derail our stay. Communication from the host was slow or kind of short, but all in all would stay here again.

Awesome Rental Property

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has new owners and management and everything was wonderful again. The property manager, Olivia, is very attentive and the home is well appointed with amenities. We love the proximity to the shops and movie theater. We absolutely love it here!

We loved this property! It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. We have done a lot of traveling and I believe this is the most well-equipped place that we have stayed at. Besides having a well functioning kitchen and BBQ, the property had a garage full of items for us to use including adult bicycles (with helmets!), boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and more. The pool and work-out area were close by. We ate out on the deck every night which was lovely. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

What a great location (right on the golf course) and very close to everything and a easy walk to restaurants, golf and beaches. Very nice that the unit included all the beach gear we needed, plus 4 great bikes to ride around. We did experience a couple of small “issues” while we were there - We were told they had 2 sets of golf clubs to use during our stay but that turned out to be false. The response time from the manager was a bit slower then what we are use to both before and during our stay, so be prepared. The unit itself was perfect for our family - each had their own bed room and bath plus an extra day bed in the loft (perfect for our grandkids to sit and read a book). We rented another unit in the complex a couple of homes over for our daughter and family which was so perfect. We could all be easily together at various times throughout the day.

Amazing property but needs some TLC

My husband I spent the month of February (I know right?!) in this property. We had spent time in this unit 3 years previous with friends and booked it because of the great layout and well-stocked kitchen. I have some food sensitivities, so I end up cooking more than eating out. It is one of the only times I have booked a property with a property manager rather than an owner. My experience is that an owner stays in the unit at least occasionally, so things get maintained and taken care of a bit better. This was the case in this lovely unit. When we arrived the main floor bathroom hot tap would not turn on. Turns out it was broken and had been previously disabled. If I was only staying for a week or so it wouldn’t have really been an issue to only use the cold tap but booking for 4 weeks make it a bit more difficult to make do. It is not a cheap property and that always influences expectations. We ended up waiting at the condo twice for repair guys that didn’t show up. In the end we came home one day to find a guy under the sink working on it while we were away. I didn’t really like that they went in without us. They did replace both taps on the sink and the broken toilet seat while they were there. Here is my list of amazing comments… -Soooo many beach towels! It was awesome to not have to wash a load of the 4 beach towels they usually supply each day after! There were probably 20 beach towels in the 3 bedroom unit. -Every fun item you might want was in the little garage. Multiple snorkels and fins, golf clubs, lawn chairs, umbrellas, bikes, bike repair stuff, bamboo mats, coolers of all sizes, ice packs, probably more that I can’t remember. -The upper balcony that isn’t talked about in the description much was such a nice place for a morning cup or an evening happy hour cocktail. Private and quiet. Lovely view. -Beds were super compfy! Just the right balance of supportive and cushy. -Well stocked kitchen! The knife block has a sharpener so the knives were actually sharp. That must be the first time ever in a condo rental that the knives were good. -I loved the lighted magnified mirror in all the bathrooms! Nice touch. Here is my list of things that could be improved… -Kitchen chairs have lost the support in the seat so when you sit in them you end up perching on the square wood support around the outside under the cushion. They still look great but just need a bit more support under the cushion. -The carpet under the kitc
