Upstairs, three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes are joined by a spa bath and a private balcony off the main bedroom. The kitchen features a Bellini gas stove, oven and dishwasher, suiting families, couples or groups after an easy stay near town.

Mr Lawrence (180m) and meccanico (240m) are close by for coffee, and the Riverina Hotel (140m) is just around the corner for dinner. Sturt Mall (4 min) and Wagga Wagga Marketplace (5 min) cover everyday shopping, including Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Kmart, Cotton On, JB Hi-Fi and Platypus Shoes. The Wagga Bowling & Entertainment Centre and Forum 6 Cinemas on Trail Street, Thirsty Crow Brewery, and the Wollundry Lagoon walking track are all within easy reach for an evening or afternoon out.
