To enter the guesthouse you will need to descend a spiral staircase.

Self-contained two-bedroom guesthouse located on the bottom floor of a two storey home. Above is a separate Airbnb.

Walking distance to a shopping precinct including Woolworths supermarket, post office, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants.

This space includes a large living area with comfortable lounges, tv, Wii console, split system cooling/heating and dining table.

The small kitchen contains a fridge, oven, microwave and cupboard space and all your cooking necessities/plates, cups, bowls and utensils.

The main bedroom includes a Queen bed, a large built in closet, spilt system cooling/heating, ceiling fan, washing machine area and ensuite (this acts as the main bathroom of the guesthouse)

The second bedroom contains two king single beds with side tables, lamps and a wall fan.

Sofa bed is available in the living area for extra bedding (a $20 linen fee applies). Please notify us if needed. 4 guests max.

Guests have full access to the side patio area complete with an outdoor setting, BBQ and festoon lights.

Guests can access the guesthouse through the mint green door at the front of the house.
PLEASE NOTE: to enter the guesthouse you will need to descend a spiral staircase (pictures included in listing)

The backyard is off limits to guests.
