'I stayed in a beautiful, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom loft in the best part of Old Port with my teenage daughter. The block was lively and we had the best views of it but what was interesting was how quiet our place remained. I didn't need to rent a car as everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. There is an abundance of art and food in this area. Things are very quick to get to. Even the airport was about a 15 minute uber. I highly recommend the Docent if you are looking...

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

Room was not serviced, and did not get clean towels even when we asked for them. They did not even empty the trash. Front desk did not tell us there was a shuttle. Coffee was undrinkable.'

'Our stay overall was good. Had our room available and clean when we got to the hotel early. Location was great to all the restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Our driver Saul during our trip to the airport for our departure was wonderful. Extremely friendly and a great driver. My only complaint was I called 5 days before our trip to schedule for airport shuttle pick up and was told to call when we landed due to flight being canceled or delay all the time. I...

'IF YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR FULL TIME - DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS THE MOST NON ACCESSIBLE HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN TO! There are steps at the front entrance - you have to wheel down the block on broken down cobblestone sidewalk to a side door with a broken auto opener. Or you can pay 7.50 cents to enter the parking structure to be dropped off by an elevator only to lead you to a different broken down cobblestone walkway with no auto opener. Then you will wheel youself up endless ramps that are carpet...

'The location was close to the bay and the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel decor was clean and fresh looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service worked well.'
