'Prima hotel. Klasse en rust. Maar! Men accepteert overbookings onder druk van de grote reisorganisaties. We werden de eerste nacht naar het veel minderwaardige zusterhotel Petra Moon overgeplaatst. Ok, correct gecompenseerd met gratis diners en upgrades, maar uiteindelijk was dat niet wat we zochten...'

'My husband and I were not impress with the Crown Plaza at all. We stayed in Amman for a couple of day s and was very impressed with the Intercontinental hotel. We were looking for the "wow" affect, cleanliness of the hotel and room, friendliness of the Staff, room service options. Not of these services were satisfactory. 'Dit is een niet zo groot maar erg leuk hotel. De service door Ashley was uitstekend en de kamers zijn prima in order. Het dakterras is ook mooi met zwembad(je). We kregen elke dag ontbijtpakketten mee voor onze zonsopgang tour bij Petra en lunchpakketten op onze dag van vertrek. Zou hier zeker terug komen'

'Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay! '
