This fabulously appointed Canadian style lodge is set in a valley which seems to offer its own micro-climate. It over looks farmland owned by the local dairy farmer.
Little Petherick, known for its beautiful church, is located at the end of Petherick Creek, a tidal tributary of the River Camel. There is easy access to The Saints Way, a Bronze Age Trading route running from glorious Padstow, which is approximately a 2 mile walk from Little Petherick,  going all the way across to Fowey on the south Coast.
 
Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x king, 1 x double, 1 x twin
Rooms: Open plan kitchen/living/dining area, Bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite),mezzanine snug.
Kitchen & utilities: Oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Entertainment: Smart TV, Sonos Move sound system.
For families: Stairgate, highchair and travel cot.
Outside: A fully decked balcony area. The decking runs the whole length of the lodge, lots of bushes, bamboo etc, and an absolute sun trap.
Parking: A tarmac driveway large enough for 3-4 cars
General: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
