  • Summary:

    Brand new construction! King bed in two rooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Twin beds in both secondary bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.



    (All bedrooms are upstairs)



    The Space:

    You will receive a 4-digit guest access code before your arrival.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms (two with king beds and two with twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, backyard, patio, and garage. Enjoy amenities such as the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and free parking. The property is suitable for children and infants.

Highly recommend! I’m telling all my friend’s who visit Waco and Baylor to stay here! The beautiful house and all furnishings were fresh and very clean. Beds are comfy. Nice street and neighborhood and conveniently located across from the zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer but only in town for one night. Host also promptly responds to messages!

We spend the entire weekend in Waco for a girls trip. This house was absolutely adorable! Clean and well kept. The beds were all very comfortable! The location was great - very quick to get to downtown Waco and the silos. We felt very safe. We had no issues, but I reached out to the host to notify of something and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice new well decorated home. Plenty of space for a big group with lots of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. There really is no downside to this home unless you are looking to be in a neighborhood where you can walk to things -this house is not that. But it’s a very short drive to just about anything you want to see in Waco.

Girls Trip

This was the first time my daughters and granddaughters and I visited Waco - this house worked out great for our 4 night stay! We took advantage of the high chair and the pack n play, so that was nice. This property is accurately described and looks just like the pictures - no bait and switch! We used the garage and appreciated being able to park inside. Lovely home with all you need for a wonderful getaway!
