Monte Secco Uitzicht

I booked a trip with my family to this place! Overall the place where is located is a nice place but for the price worth the owner should definitely consider of investing with the renovations of the rooms they definitely need improved starting with the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen and living room some of the furniture was rusty and old specially the mattresses they looked very old. Considering with staff everyone there was nice with my family and I! I want to give a special shoutout to LEWIS the guy who was in the bartender area in the back! Amazing, kind and a good worker! He needs a raise customer service 100%! He deserves a 5 star! Food wise it’s fine they have hit or miss. Pools are nice! My disappointment NO WIFI in the rooms crazy to me! They need to work on that for sure! But I wouldn’t come back to this place again!

This is our new favorite hotel in the entire country! Five star all the way, the best staff I’ve experienced anywhere, attention to every detail and thorough anticipation of the guests every need. The views alone make the stay unmatched but when you combine the five star dining, service and overall vibe of this immaculate property the Casa Chameleon experience is exceptional and will be very hard for other hotels to match.

I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests.
