The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms.



The first floor has a cozy and spacious living room with a fireplace, which is connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor you will also find your own sauna, which invites you to relax in peace and privacy. The upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms - three with a double bed and one with two single beds - and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access to the covered terrace, the ideal place for your morning coffee.



From the first floor you have direct access to the large, carefully maintained garden with private pool and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Whether you just want to relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy freshly prepared barbecue meals while your children play around without a care in the world, this villa has it all.

Marasi is a small village 15 km from Porec. Stores and restaurants are just a few kilometers from the villa. The nature reserve of Lim Bay is a famous mussel and fish breeding site, as well as a popular place for free climbing enthusiasts. There are also many other options for an active vacation. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horseback riding, the beautiful scenery awaits you.
