'Excellent staff!! My wife and I were there for a week. Very friendly, attentive and professional staff. Great facilities and dining! Very quiet, and calm. Definitely get a SUV car-the last km or so is unpaved roads-quite a drive but so worth it when you get to the property! Hope to be back.'

'조용히 쉬고싶을 때 일주일 정도 지내다오면 좋을 것 같아요. 수영장도 주변이 넘 아름다워서 천국같았어요. 룸도 넓고 모든 곳에서 향기가 났으며, 주인분의 인테리어 감각이 정말 대단하다고 느꼈어요. 1박만 해서 아쉬웠어요. 아울렛도 가까워서 쇼핑하고 오면서 큰 마트가 있어서 들러서 맥주나 와인 사서 왔어요. 근데 주변 환경이 환경인만큼 모기가 많 으니 주의해야해요. 저희 가족은 엄청 물렸는데 이탈리아 모기가 더 가려운 것 같아요. '

'A hotel in the city with a nice relaxing pool. Can't miss! Lovely staff, room was - to be honest - very small but also nice, with a comfy bed, airco, and it was clean. Bathroom also small but clean. A bit of sounds from other guests, but that's because of plumbing. In general the guests are, like staff, pleasant and nice. Not posh, but just the right amount of attentiveness. Would recommend to others. Exactly we extended our stay. '

'A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...

'Prachtig oud gebouw gelegen in een mooi toscaans landschap. Veel prachtige natuur erom heen , fazantjes, kikkers, vlinders en vogels. Perfecte service, heerlijk eten, harde bedden..., en een bijdrage van 35,- pp voor de spa, ook een beetje jammer als je 650,- per nacht betaald. Maar over all,een echt 5 sterren hotel en een fantastisch verblijf met upgrade naar een mooie suite met terras.'

Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly.
Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for....

"The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but the accommodation didn’t feel fresh to me. The interior looked dated and at times a bit kitschy. Our bathroom had no ventilation, and the sealant showed black stains, which gave an unhygienic impression. The use of fabric furniture and carpets made the place feel less fresh and luxurious.
The welcome was underwhelming: you have to carry your luggage up a steep gravel path yourself, with no assistance from staff, which didn’t feel very hospitable. I also missed a personal touch; the hotel is quite large, which leaves little room for genuine contact or a warm atmosphere.
On a positive note, the location is truly beautiful and peaceful. The food was also good.
This place has great potential, but in my opinion, it’s in real need of renovation. With a thorough update, it could truly become a top-tier stay.
