Nemo ground floor

(55 m²) has a separate bedroom (with a double bed) and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom/toilet, and a large living room with one sofa bed (approximately 150 x 200 cm).
In front of the apartment is a table with chairs. There is also a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the harbor, and the surrounding area. Beautiful terrace—"Vodice in the Palm of Your Hand."
The kitchens in all apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils: oven, refrigerator, freezer, stove, etc.
The nearest parking lot is about 50 meters from the house; a little further away (150 meters), you can also park on our private property.
Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, other utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.), as well as a personalized guide in German (events, excursion suggestions, activities, beaches, etc.) tailored to guests’ preferences and interests are included.
The apartment is air-conditioned, but the thick stone walls also help maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
This is because the house was originally built in a traditional style, and each apartment has only a small terrace by the entrance.
Guests often say that during the summer heat, the best way to cool off is either by the sea or in the shade of the house.
The lifestyle here is very Mediterranean and laid-back...
