« Très bonne expérience globale dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement attentionné et agréable. Seul petit bémol lors du check-in : la personne qui s’est occupée de nous nous a indiqué que nous étions dans une « cheap room ». Ce commentaire m’a semblé inutile et inapproprié. « My stay was just ok. My expectations were higher for a 5 star hotel. sometimes there were doormen and other times there weren’t. The elevators are tight and take way too long to get to and from floors. And there was a wrestling event happening during my stay which made the hotel very loud and noisey. I would’ve appreciated a heads up. Won’t be re booking. »

« Our bathroom sink was clogged. Pool is disgusting: warm and dirty. Pool towels weren’t clean, and our bathroom towels were stained. Elevator was broken. No 24/7 front desk. »

« We loved our stay at M Village, the hotel is beautiful and the view from our room was gorgeous (booked premier relish room city view). We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. We will be staying here everytime we come back to Danang. »
