The Moulin Haut Pool House

The Gite Piscine is located next to the shared pool and near the river in the heart of the 5-hectare property. The building also includes the adjacent Rivière cottage.
You’ll enjoy 4 beautiful bedrooms—including 2 triple rooms and 2 double rooms (with double or single beds depending on your group’s needs)—2 shower rooms, 2 separate restrooms, a large 42 m² living area, and a beautiful terrace in front of the pool, as well as a garden seating area set slightly further back.

” Rental The house is situated in the heart of the garden, surrounded by the river and its pond. The property’s large living area overlooks the pool (a shared pool with the owners’ home and two other rental properties).
One bedroom is on a split level and overlooks the pool, while the other three are upstairs under the sloped roof (limited headroom), all with windows facing the outdoors or skylights.
There is a shower room on the first floor along with a separate toilet, and the second shower room as well as the other separate toilet are upstairs.
Upon request and subject to availability, you can rent the adjoining cottage, the “Rivière” cottage, which features 3 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 separate restrooms in addition to its living area. The “Piscine” cottage can accommodate the 6 additional guests from the “Rivière” cottage for meals, both indoors and outdoors. Our listing for the “Piscine and Rivière” group cottage would then be more appropriate for this setup.
Guest Access
You’ll have access to all the rooms on the first floor of the house, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The beds will be set up according to your preferences and the number of guests; all double beds can be converted into twin beds.
