'Spa is fantastisch. Service is uitstekend.

'Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in recent years. The room was dirty, and the staff, including the manager, are apathetic and incompetent. I never normally write reviews, but I feel I have a duty to warn people'

'Alles was top in orde '

'Foreigners beware, I left my stay feeing cheated and disrespected. I felt cheated because an employee led me to a change-making machine on site that stole my money. Every day the employee said he would get my money back the next day, but then I had to leave. I thought it was a machine error, but then I saw him doing the same to another guest. I had an associate call back to inquire and the employee said they wouldn't do anything else and hung up. I found out this is called the 'Guided ATM...

'Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly people'

'Sewer smell in the room. It was not possible to change the room, because they “fixed” the problem. But smell stays for all 4 days. Air conditioning works very bad. Bed sheets were changed after only 3 days when I asked them to change. Outdated hotel, there are plenty hotels in the area at the same price level.'

'Clean rooms, helpful stuff members'

'Checking in was quick and easy. Staff were polite and helpful. Thank you to the staff who helped me. I liked my room which was spacious. This hotel is a great place to relax. I will definitely return soon.'
