Beach Penthouse is a very special apartment located directly on the beachfront, along Villajoyosa’s seafront and within a traditional fisherman’s house in the Old Town.



The apartment is located on the second floor and the building does not have a lift. In addition, as it is a duplex, there are internal stairs inside the apartment connecting the two levels.



On the lower floor, you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, creating a quieter and more private area for rest.



On the upper floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and an original interior design that gives the apartment real character. From this area, you can access a covered terrace with spectacular views of Playa Centro, the Mediterranean Sea and Villajoyosa’s colourful seafront.



The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and combines space, light and personality. Its decoration, high ceilings and two-level layout make it a distinctive property with plenty of charm and a very Mediterranean atmosphere.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The accommodation also includes air conditioning and heating via heat pump, television, bed linen, bath towels and basic cleaning products.



Its location allows you to enjoy Villajoyosa almost entirely on foot. Playa Centro is directly in front of the apartment, and just a few steps away you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the colourful streets of the Old Town and La Vila Vella.
