'We booked a standard room, it was small but very functional! In the breakfast box we missed fruits. The sandwiches with egg and salad were nice. The last day we did not eat anything, too much meat. In our opinion the box causes a lot of waste. A vegetarian option would be a good idea!'

'I’ve been trying to stay here for the past year. My stay was better than other hotels in the area. Fairly new hotel, nice layout and a great breakfast. About a ten minutes walk from the train station and fifteen minutes to the historical district. Food is nearby with two convenience stores across the street.'

'Lovely room in a lovely boutique hotel. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and a great shower. 2-minute walk from the train station and a short walk to the historic quarter. Just be aware that they changed the checkout time to 10. (Some of their materials still say 11 and we had factored that into our plans.)'

'It was a steep hill to climb with luggage. Taxi's were not available even though the website said you can take a taxi. The Hotel has many levels and no elevator. Given that we were fit we managed to drag our suitcases up the hill. Not very accessible for people with disabilities. We enjoyed our stay the room was minimally appointed. The aesthetics were simple & clean.'

'It's nice that the hotel is beside the railway station. The hygiene is not well in the room. The dust caust us snoring and bad sleeping. Up front I had asked the hotel to dust the room well. Unfortunately this hotel didn't respond to that. '

'Naar Japanse gewoonte een ruime kamer en badkamer. Een buffet ontbijt beschikbaar in het restaurant. Heeft kamers voor rokers en niet rokers, let hierop als je boekt. Ligt zeer goed om de wijk Bikan, de oude wijk van Kurashiki te verkennen, en erg dicht bij het station.'
