'The hotel did not disappoint. Glad we chose a room with a balcony. There are only 8 rooms and the staff was super attentive. The location was amazing and super glad we spent 3 nights in Rome at the end of our trip. Thanks!!!'

'Staffs are friendly but they won’t be at desk all times, no problem communicating with them through WhatsApp when needed. Free breakfast are great. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious And location is great , pretty much middle of the city and within 15-20 mins for walking to attractions'

'Goede locatie om de stad te verkennen! Zeer vriendelijke host!

'10/5 stars!! We had such a wonderful stay here! The location in Vatican City was incredible, and you could see the statues of St. Peter's Basilica right from the room. There is an old school elevator in the building, a mini fridge in the room, and daily cleaning. The property itself was beautiful, with a cute balcony patio and so many lovely personal touches from the host that made our stay feel especially welcoming. Alessandro greeted us with cold water when we arrived, and gave us great...

'netjes en mooie B&B. Dichtbij trein en bus. Aardige eigenaresse. '

'Zeer fijne hoge kamer met zicht over historisch Rome '

'The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the price was reasonable for a good location in Rome.'

'This place is walking distance to The Vatican and nearby restaurants. The check in process was very easy and straightforward. The room was clean, very well supplied with glasses, cups, coffee making supplies, utensils, snacks, water in the fridge, wine openers. Shower and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The balcony was nice to sit out on at night. Great location if you are visiting The Vatican. Walkable location. Would stay here again'

'Great location. Apartment itself is large and a little office like. Doesn't smell great. Can't leave your bags in building but need to go to a nearby public storage. Not a lot of hot water.'

'The room decoration and layout were simple but well done. The staff was helpful providing an ironing board and answering questions. Room cleaning was done between 9am and 1pm, which we found inconvenient at times. The bathroom had a bad smell and we had to leave the windows open. The windows opened to a dark and dirty inner courtyard.'
