Our small house in front of the beach, wants to offer the best natural attributes of Nicaragua. Just 45 minutes from Managua, we want our guests to feel at home but living as local people in the area interacting with the waves and nature that the ecosystem has. On this beach you are practically alone, it is not very inhabited and you will have an incomparable peace.We provide transportation; , the price will depend on the people who will be staying.

The beach has many natural attractions; Surfing; Two of the most well-known sites are San Diego Point and Asuchillo Beach (located 15 minutes from the house). The first one, usually described as a first class surfing destination, is a natural depression where the waves break quickly over a shallow reef. Asuchillo, on the other hand, has elongated tube-shaped waves within which the advanced surfer may venture. Estero de Aguas Calmas; 10 minutes from the house is an estuary of calm waters, where it is a fresh water outlet to the sea, where one can bathe and a little more inside you can fish. Natural Pools; In front of the house there is a mountain range of stones where natural pools are created, where they easily have the depth of a body, where one can bathe very pleasantly from 08:00 am to 11:00 am. Turtles; Occasionally you can see Palasma turtles (Lepidochelys oliveacea) in the month of October you can see the massive arrival of this type of turtles, which come to spawn and lay their eggs.
