Villa Sitges Casa Del Mar, is endowed with an excellent design. The exclusive estate consists of 1,000 m2 built on 42,000 M2 land. embroidering the sea. With access to a small beach, which we could consider almost private, 300 meters from the house. There is great comfort both indoors and outdoors. Its views are spectacular, and invite deep and very healing relaxation. It is oriented to the south, it has a private park and huge gardens with abundant flora and fauna.

The space
Villa Sitges Casa del Mar is one of the few villas just in front of the sea and facing south.


It has 6 spacious and wonderful suites all with access to the outside and 5 of them with sea views.

It is normally used for corporate social events and weddings, given the situation in 2020 by COVID, the idea is to be able to offer it so that guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxed stay this summer.

Important Information Regarding Fees and Payments

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. If you wish to add extra services, the following outlines the additional costs:

1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer. The Vrbo Assistance service can be purchased with either payment method, providing you with customer service and support during your stay.

2. Breakfast and Cleaning Costs: Included in the price.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

4. Low-Season Utilities: During the winter low season (from 15/10 to 15/04), a surcharge of €400 per week for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption, will apply. For monthly stays, the cost is €1600 per month.

5. Late Check-in (20:00 to 24:00): Surcharge of €45.

6. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Surcharge of €70.

7. Pets: No surcharge.

8. Refundable Damage Deposit: €3000, refundable 7 days after check-out.

9. Prices are subject to a 10% VAT due to the inclusion of hotel services.
