Welcome to my apartment!

Located just a short walk from the beach and Vila do Conde's historic city centre, you'll have plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation during your stay.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for four where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second features a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Vila do Conde is a charming Porto neighbourhood known for its coastal beauty and historical landmarks. With its picturesque streets, sandy beaches, and vibrant local culture, Vila do Conde offers a unique and authentic experience for residents and visitors alike. Explore the cobblestone streets, visit the imposing Vila do Conde Castle, and indulge in delicious seafood at the local restaurants. The neighbourhood also boasts excellent transport links, making exploring the more expansive city of Porto and its many attractions easy. Whether you're strolling along the beach promenade, discovering the local shops and markets, or enjoying the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood, Vila do Conde offers a delightful setting for a memorable stay in Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Portas Fronhas, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
