You can do everything on foot, with direct access to bike paths, the marine lake, and close to the ocean beaches.
Close to the ocean beaches and the village center, you'll enjoy a lush setting and the region's many outdoor and sports activities.

- The accommodation is located above an ice cream parlor and a restaurant, which may cause some noise and odor disturbance.
- Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
- The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access.

- A €500 deposit for the accommodation will be required upon arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be returned in an impeccable condition, tidy, cleaned, and the trash cans emptied. - A cleaning deposit of €80 by credit card (not a debit card) will be required upon arrival.
- Outside of the summer months, a €25 weekly heating surcharge will be added to the advertised rate (payable at the agency).
