Da Lucia is a lovely studio apartment for vacation rental in Vieste, in the beautiful historic center of the town among the most famous of the Gargano.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven and is perfect for 2 people.

Under a characteristic ancient stone vault is the studio apartment, furnished with a double sofa bed, brick kitchenette, table and chairs, closet and TV.
The bathroom is complete with shower stall, sink, toilet and hand shower.
From the living room there is a view of the small alley of the old town along which is the entrance to the house, located on the second floor.

The air-conditioned studio apartment is located in the historic center of Vieste, a short walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and only 400 meters from the free beach of Marina Piccola.
The area is pedestrian friendly. All services are within easy reach.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in a ZTL zone: from 01/06 to 30/09, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day, it is not possible to transit or park in the immediate vicinity.
- Heating in the winter months at the mandatory extra cost of 2 euros per day.
