'Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.'

'昨年に引き続き利用させて頂きました。 メコン川沿いにあり大変、景色も良く繁華街にも近く良い立地のホテルでした。設備も良く毎日の清掃も綺麗でした。 夜はナイトマーケットが近いので、周りの音楽が部屋の中まで聞こえてきますので、静かに部屋では過ごせない。 残念な事があるとしたら昨年よりスタッフの対応が下がっているのかなぁと感じ、また部屋のシャワールーム排水溝が悪かったと感じました。'
